Replacement Policy
Bookmyspares.com has an option of returning the item back within 24 hours of receipt. We would consider the following points before accepting the product back:
Used Product
The spare cannot be returned once it has been used. Please ensure that the product is in original condition and unused. You need to return the product with all price tags, original packing, labels and invoice.
Suspected Damage
At times, the outer packaging may appear to be damaged, but the actual product will be just fine in most of such cases. Get in touch with our customer care at +91 8879989076 (Mon to Sat 10AM to 7PM) within 24 hours of delivery if the product arrives damaged.
Defective Product
In case, you get a defective or damaged product from our side, we will return or replace it and bear the shipping cost also.

Cancellation:
Order can be cancelled before it has been shipped. Payment gateway charges will be applicable. This does not include items purchased on sale.

Delivery Process
The product range includes spare parts of various industry verticals which may take an overall time of 7 working days to get delivered depending upon your location and availability of the product. In some cases the delivery process can take extra time and you may need to pay some special delivery charges also which will be notified in advance.
Toll Charges/Entry Tax/ State Tax
During the return of the product, all Toll Charges/Entry Tax/ State Tax are incurred by the customers.
Discount
Products purchased under sale or heavy discount options are not eligible for change / return.
